Terms and Conditions
Damaged or Faulty Goods: Although Little Beetle take the utmost care when sending your package, unfortunate things can occur. If your item should arrive damaged, please contact us without delay to discuss an appropriate solution. Little Beetle check all items before sending, however is your item is faulty on arrival, we will ask you to return the item for us to check over. If irreparable, we will happily replace your item. Little Beetle exercise sole discretion as to whether to accept returns of Little Beetle products. The customer will bear the cost of return of the goods Little Beetle in these circumstances.
Please note that Little Beetle will not provide replacement goods where products have been used by customers other than in accordance with the clear instructions provided with the product.

Pricing: Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST (10%). The prices for all products available for purchase are those prices displayed on our web site as at the date of purchase.We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.
Placement of Website Orders
International Orders
Currently, online purchasing through the PayPal Shopping Cart facility is only available to customers who specify a delivery address in Australia. If you are an international user interested in purchasing our products, please contact us with your request. Please note that where delivery charges are indicated on our Website, these charges are in respect of delivery to postal addresses within Australia only.
Payment Terms
Full payment for Little Beetle products ordered from our web site is required at the time of order through the PayPal Shopping Cart. Little Beetle does not offer delayed or instalment payments. Payments for goods purchased online are currently accepted by most major credit card.
Completion & Processing Of Orders
Once you have proceeded through the 'Checkout' section of the PayPal Shopping Cart, your online order is completed. Once your order has been processed you will automatically receive and e-mail confirmation of the order.
In the unfortunate incidence of an error during your online ordering, please contact us immediately to discuss whether your order may be re-submitted or cancelled.
